Jason Sant

As team leader, Jason is responsible for the overall vision and focus of the team. As an investing Realtor, Jason is in a unique position to work with clients and help them build their net worth through investing in Real Estate. In fact, Jason consistently finds outstanding deals for himself and his clients. Jason Sant received his BS in Economics from Brigham Young University in 2001. In addition to investing in Real Estate, Jason enjoys many outdoor activities and spending time with his wife and two children.

Rachel Bradek

Rachel Bradek manages the tenant procurement process of the business. She is involved on a daily basis working closely with tenant-buyers to select the right home for their needs. She also manages the tenant screening process, ensuring that all candidates are well qualified for our investors. In her spare time, Rachel enjoys all outdoor activities.
